I had gone into ITR looking for tires, they had been highly recommended by multiple friends and colleagues. The service was outstanding, the mechanic was insanely helpful, and was very considerate of my finances and situation. He was able to get me a set of tires at a price I could afford. As long as the same staff stay, I won't go anywhere else for tires or repairs. Thanks again for the phenomenal service!!! I will definitely be recommending this business to all my family and friends.

I used to take my vehicles here for years. Fast knowledgeable  service was number one. They had a ASE certified Master technician with valuable customer service. Nothing like that now they have a wanna be machanic with no brains. Just because he has a liscence doesn't mean he has experience. He was very rude and his inexperience has caused me to never take my vehicle there again. The supervisor was very rude and less knowledgeable then the machanic. Not taking care of issues at hand and keeping in mind the customer is number one. Until there is different staff I'll take my money to ball tire. Ultimately disappointed

Took my truck here several times for an alignment and they could never get it right. Finally had to take my business else where. Doesn’t seem like the mechanics know what there doing. Also, put new parts on prior to going there and they told me they had to be replaced. Will not be going here again..

I called and set up an appointment with these people to get my exhaust fixed on my truck, Not only was I not helped but I was told that my truck was not too loud, I was told that my truck was quieter than what would be required to get a ticket and then promptly got a ticket for loud exhaust. I won't give these people in my business ever.
