Really nice, great customer service. However after doing some research on our receipt, we were marked up +200% on all parts used. I know everyone's trying to take care of their families, but so are the consumers. It's a shame, we've always appreciated the friendliness of the staff. For us, repairs aren't a luxury that we can throw money at.

Fast, courteous and competent. Managed to work me in quickly and kept me posted on progress of repairs. Aaron was especially helpful.

Took my car to a different auto shop (DJ's Auto in Mount Pleasant) for a heating issue, and they did a terrible job trying to fix it. Brought it in to Auto Lab, and they had it fixed and back to normal within a few hours, and even inspected the rest of the vehicle and pointed out other potential repairs that I should keep an eye on, making sure to stress that they are not repairs that need to be taken care of immediately. This will be my go-to auto shop from now on.

I had a great experience at Auto Lab, working with Cullen and Brian as my technician. I had other service centers tell me my car was fine for a year, and they were able to diagnose the problem. It was very thorough and I felt very well informed about the issue, the parts, the prices, and the overall inspection of my vehicle. I will definitely go here again and recommend this location to my family and friends! Thanks!

Autolab is great and they educate me on all my vehicle issues and tell me what needs to be fixed and what can wait .I recommend this place 2 everyone.
