Never again would I purchase a car from them!! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Website inventory was not updated.  They leave cars on the website (cars that have been already sold) to get you into the showroom, then when you ask about a car which shows available on the web, they tell you it's at another location and ask you to leave a deposit to secure it. We did that and started the finance process. They ran our credit and when we went to finalize the paperwork we were told they sold the car. This should have been a red flag for us to leave and take our business to a dealer with professional individuals. However, we did not want to because they had already ran our credit. We had the salesperson talk to his manager but they could not do anything to fix their mistake so we continued to look for another car in their inventory. We found a few and still had to deal with the problems of it not being the car with all the features we wanted. Finally, they found a car and said it had everything and we settled for it. After signing and getting home, we received calls over and over again from them stating that the paperwork we signed was not  for the car we drove off with. How does a company so big make such a mistake!??? We did as they said and went in and took care of their mix up because they would not leave us alone, apparently this would have been a very big legal issue had anything happen to the car or driver. We also found out our car did not have the remote start feature that we were told it would have, a $1000 feature by the way. We called them and they said that they will give a discount for the service department to install a factory remote start. We made the appointment and was told that the remote start would work with the factory key fob. After leaving the car we received a phone call stating that there will be 2 key fob, one to unlock and lock and the other for the remote, we asked “is it the factory brand?” and we were told yes. Upon arrival to pick up the car, we saw that the remote start was the Pursuit brand, a $69.00 system THAT THEY CHARGED us $400 for. And it's only $400 because we received a discount. Had it not been for a discount it would have cost us $1000. We told them to take it out, it was not even close to what we expected. We got our car the next day and we tried to get an explanation for this lack of service and LIES. Until this day a month and weeks later, we are unable to reach the DEALER AND THE SALESPERSON. THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY OF OUR CALLS AND WE HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES. Our trade-in has NOT been paid out as yet and its 2 months later!! This is why the car sales service industry has a reputation for being dishonest and a total headache for consumers. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Stay away stay away. NICE CAR, HOWEVER THE ENGINE STAYS ON FOR MINUTES AFTER TURNING-OFF THE CAR.  I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM BACK THE CAR AND GET MY TRADE-IN BACK AND FORGET ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!

It was my best car buying experience to date, thanks to Mr Scott Gallo CPO Manager,he made sure that my vehicle was done to a 100% point inspection,I needed someone who is true to their word and he meet my expectations. Altogether it was awesome to know that everyone I dealt with form the beginning were very transparent... Tarae Madden, you are an asset in your field...very calm and listens very well(key selling point)once again, Thank you. I would not forget Mr Martin Osa when it came time for the finance side of things, this is the man you would feel the most at ease with, takes his time explaining every detail. Thank you guys for being so good at what you do. I will certainly do business here again.

Great deal. Nice people. There was a bit of an issue with the car and they worked with me to come to a fair agreement within a month of me reporting the issue.

They called me and said would you like to upgrade your lease I said sure but don't want to put any money down she says no problem we are running a special for $319 a month Q50 great I'm currently paying $499 a month for a Q40 because I was over in my miles last time so they added it to my payment now I've been a infinity customer for 6yrs get to dealership they tell me we can't do that! So why would they lie to there customer of 6 yrs what a disgrace bait and switch bunch of liers!! I can't believe the owner of lynbrook infinity knows about this and if he does he should be ashamed of him self. Sad to say I will not be getting an infinity again ever!! Will miss the car but not the inifinity scam they wasted my morning.

I'm giving this dealer a 5-star because of their salesman Adolphe Demesyeux. The most valuable trait he has is his patience! He was accommodating and always made sure we were content and happy with the process. Genuine smile on his face at all times and is very pleasant to work and speak with. I wouldn't have bought a vehicle from them if it wasn't for his persistence either and that's what brought me back in. He is passionate at what he does and will be recommending him friends and family who are looking for an Infiniti. Thank you Adolphe for your hard work!
