I had such a great experience at The Title Shop.  Lisa provides exceptional customer service, which absolutely can not be compared to the big box stores such as Home Depot wherein customer service is almost nonexistent.  The availability of product information, variety of titles and showroom designs are the other reasons I chose to shop here.

Very accomodating.  They were almost spot on as to number of tiles we needed, and even though the original store didn't have the same one in stock, a nearby one did.  Really pleased with their staff and support after the sale.
