August 8th 2017 around 12 noon. Visiting from out of town. Rented a kayak with my wife. Had a great experience. Staff was helpful and knowledge. Went out of there way to help us plan a safe and enjoyable time on the water. We saw 2 dolphin and a manatee. Cost was a round $30-40 for the kayak for about 4 hours. Would return and recommend to anyone looking for a safe, easy, and cost effective time on the water.

The place is very nice building well kept and new docks being installed. But that is it. I called and resverved a 17 foot CC only to be called and tell me that it was not running well and would I Mind taking out the 16 foot CC. When got to the marina, the Mgr. Dan was so rude don't knew where to start. He is not in the boat rental business at all. He told me he need my DL and CC to hold for the boat rental. I could take my gear to the dock and he would meet me down there in a minute. I had two other going out with me. So he asked if I would mind taking out the 16 pontoon boat it would give us more room. Sure I replied. Now the boat was very dirty and not cleaned well Bimini top was loose and flapping as we left the dock. The boat was under powered and the steering cable had not been greased in some time it was like steering a an old truck. The cable was binding and catching as I tried to turn the vessel away from the dock, how can anyone rent anything in this condition. When we returned the Mgr. Dan wanted me to 225.00 plus taxes for the pontoon boat. I replied back to him ( I did not reserve the pontoon, I asked for the 17 foot Key Largo ) so he got my point and changed to price to what I had reserved at 175.00 plus taxes. First and last time these guys will get my money Eric S.
