Substandard drinking water conditions exist. Lock your car at night and chain-up your golf cart, security issues. Nice location, not far from a beach or shopping. NOTE: Pelican Bay is now owned by Sun Communities, Southfield, Michigan.

I agree with Mr. Grayson's review, substandard drinking water conditions exist. We have been owners/residents of PB for over 5 years, the poor quality drinking water is no better now than it was when we bought our home here.  Think about this statement regards your health now and in the future.  Lock your car at night and chain-up your golf cart. We cannot personally attest to the rash of criminal activity that plauges our community currently as we were not living there at this time.  Perhaps the County of Brevard, local law enforcement and the Sun Community Management at Pelican Bay should be more assertive about frequent inspections on both the north and south overgrown areas to seek out homeless and undesirable individuals. One of the chief complaints is the RR track.  We, personally, have no problems with the RR being so close.  It seems the nature of several LONG-term residents to complain about petty things. Pelican Bay is now owned by Sun Communities, Southfield Michigan. Good location.
