Rent not own property. At $700 month too much.

I originally logged on to get the price , of the park and find out if it had been sold. The property was listed Comercial sale. The site was full of bad information and didn't mention the price or statistics of the park.its my understanding the park will close in 2019 regardless .Yen ants will be forced out without compensation. ?
