The wait time isn’t that bad. One of the receptionist keeps an attitude. They won’t offer services if they feel like it’s too much for them to handle ie blood work to monitor organs for potential damage due to the medications that I’m taking. They always refer you out so there’s no point in even going. I told them I have a mental disorder and they sent me a letter stating that they can no longer service me because of trust issues. That’s not the kind of physician you want to have

I have seen Dr.Thumasathit and Dr.Aparicio and their nurses are always caring and awesome. I always get outstanding care. Front desk is always very friendly and helpful. I love this place and all my family now comes here.

Is hard to get to speak to the appointment desk, they refer you to a lab near mesquite, and they do not want to refer you to a dr. near our house in oakcliff.

Worst Doctors office in the City, unfriendly receptionists and appointments are never on time. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes past your appointment, possibly longer
