The two young women there were extremely rude. We went to get cookies at around 8pm. I understand it’s late, but this is a cookie shop specifically made to be open late. You would think they would hire polite employees. We got two different types of cookies. They were thrown and smushed into one bag. And they were completely undercooked. It made my girlfriend and I sick all night after just one bite. Their other locations are great, but this one isn’t.

Cookies are often undercooked and that’s coming from someone who likes them on the less done side to start with. Also, they are sometimes unexplainably closed early during business hours. Fast delivery.  Update: closes again 3 hours before closing time.

Overpriced and bad delivery. $3 a cookie for thin little 4 inch cookies. $5 a cookie if I want walnut. Isn't this a franchise?? Why is the customer absorbing all the cost?  Ordered from DoorDash. Waited an hour, order never passed preparing stage. Had to argue with DoorDash to refund me because they were "already preparing my order" - for over an hour - 20 minutes over the estimated delivery time. I eventually get a random call that some dude is outside my door, and it's a private courier from Insomniac. No heads up, no notifications, 1hr 20mins late and cookies were cold and tiny for the price. This place is 10 mins from me, no excuse for that wait.

I have bought them several times this month. The situation is that the cookies are uncooked, unevenly sized, and closed during business hours, such as in the afternoon.

They cheated me out of 2 gourmet cookies that I ordered abd their phone number goes to a Napa Valkey winery.

Cookies are great to take home or to eat while you walk after a tasty dinner. Recommend buying some milk with it. You're gonna need it!

It was not open at 1AM as insomnia name implies. If insomnia is not going to be open during insomnia times, change the branding.

Sabrina and Ray are the best, they hooked us up with our free cookies and they were so delicious we had to buy more. The cookies here are so buttery and gooey, they are delicious. This location will be so great!

Was closed Tuesday night and Wednesday night despite Google saying they're open
