Owner went out of her way to help me since I was from out of state and needed a cake for my wife while visiting. The owner is genuinely a good person and runs a good business. Cake was absolutely delicious and fresh. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Go here if you are looking for a good, local bakery. Support family owned businesses!
Great for gluten-intolerant individuals. I came here to pick up one of their “can’t believe there’s no butter” cake...thinking it was dairy-free, but it was lackluster. Also, pretty sure there was still dairy given how much buttercream there was on the outside. What was frustrating is that their website failed to disclose all or any ingredients that went into each cake. Cake was adequate...but I found that I couldn’t bring myself to finish my slices of cake each time. Not for everyone, so I guess I won’t be coming back.
Love their cream!!! Sooo soft and melts in your mouth. Personal favorite is strawberry shortcakes tried Yule log for Christmas too, pretty and tasty
What a gem. I love their selection of fun, beautiful, great tasting treats! I recommend their early grey shortbread cookies, and this tasty earl grey and peach cake! Their offerings are light and offer a lot of flavor. They even source their ingredients from local growers.
This is so sad… I used to go to this place a lot and the day before yesterday I bought a piece of classic Black Forest and had it for morning breakfast. It’s already gone bad. See pictures. The turnover rate must be an issue. The cakes are not fresh anymore.
My wife and I had the pleasure of getting a cake to be our cutting cake at our wedding. By far the best cake I ever had. Shame we lost some smashing in each other’s face. A shed a tear for that piece. May it be in a better place.
We got the almond honey gluten free, really great flavor, nice and subtle. However I would have prefer more of the sponge than the cream.
I have shopped at this cake location for a while but won't be going there anymore. After I call and confirm an order which they had in stock I tried to give the cashier my card number. But the person over the phone could not hear my card number very well. After repeating it several times they decided to sale the cake I already reserved instead of waiting to get my card number. The cake sold was the one my coworker really wanted for her birthday. I think it is very unprofessional and I've been buying cakes their for my coworkers since 2018. If it was just the cashier I would not care as much but it was the manager that made the decision to sale the cake and offer me another type of cake even after I reserved it and was trying to pay. I have a speech impairment so sometimes its hard for people to understand me over the phone. As a company you should be more patient with individuals or offer an alternative not sale the cake they already reserved and was trying to pay for. I won't be going there anymore.
We got the 4" double chocolate cake and it was just perfect!! And just found out they also have crepe cakes for vanilla, chocolate, green tea, tiramisu.. looking forward to trying those next time
Best bakery for both gluten free and full gluten. Organic ingredients and lots of love make everything top rate! Can’t wait to get back there after these past 2 years.
