Love Inspiral Motion! Lisa and her staff are fabulous, and Gyrotonics has given me a range of motion I have never had in my life!  I have better better functionality in my shoulder, and less pain, which is especially important in the life of a tango dancer… They have extended both my range of motion and the amount of time I am going to be able to participate in the activity I love and maintain the active life I love. I can't say strongly enough how I appreciate what they have helped me to do for myself.  Strength in my body and mental calm and clarity in the process.  My best workouts are in the studio on the equipment but there are many exercises I am able to take with me when I travel as well. Gyrotonics is something I will do for myself always- kudos to Lisa and her staff!

I LOVE Inspiral Motion. The staff is kind, courteous, and takes an extra effort to know me and what my needs are. The Gyrotonic Exercise system has got me hooked! I'm stronger and more mobile than I was 20 years ago. You have got to try it - it's transformed the way I look and feel.

Inspiral Motion is a wonderful place to exercise.  The staff are excellent at teaching Pilates, Gyro and yoga.  This studio itself is a welcoming and relaxing and I look forward to going there.  It has made exercising a pleasure.

My daughter encouraged me to try Girotonic at inspiral motion. Lisa has been a wonderful teacher and the benefits of added energy happens almost immediately . I go twice a week to supplement regular gym workouts. I am 62 and never had better flexibility

I have been studying Gyrotonic at Inspiral Motion since it opened and I studied Gyrokinesis and Pilates with Lisa Lansing before that.  I have worked with several different instructors over my many years and I can tell you that they have ALL been top-notch and have each brought something unique to the work that has helped me and my body.  I may enter there feeling stressed and tight, but I leave feeling strong and open.  My body would not be this healthy without Inspiral Motion!  P.S.---Gyro is SO FUN!  It’s like DANCE, yoga, and more all rolled into one!
