I took a heated yoga course with Carmela she was such a great instructor. Very very nice. Very friendly, great energy and very helpful this was my first time EVER doing yoga. The heat added was nice. I felt so wonderful and relaxed after words. The people were friendly as well. I will be returning and I would greatly recommend this studio!. P.S Im a very picky person.

Class times are available late into the evening which is great for those who work late or working parents after getting our little ones into bed. The staff is genuinely interested in YOUR practice and the classes are all levels- offering that extra challenge or modifications if needed. The ease of  booking classes and parking are just added bonuses. The studio and bathroom is ALWAYS clean. And, have I mentioned the heated floors??? Game. Changer!!

Took a beginners class today- I forget their names but they were super nice. The environment was very peaceful and not overwhelming. You will secretly fall in love with their heated wooden floors and their calm personalities.

The staff members are incredibly nice and the facility is beautiful. This is my new yoga studio from now on! I am really impressed. I took the Barre class and thought it was a great workout.

Yoga Roots offers great vinyasa classes in a beautiful space, awesome energy and a real sense of community among students and teachers... yogis in the Cleveland area definitely need to know about this studio!
