Purchased a guitar online for a low price, my credit card was charged. A few minutes after, I get a message saying it's no longer available even though I purchased it minutes after it was posted. They said they posted the ad from another location and it was sold. I thought that's not even remotely believeable, but whatever. Two days later, they post the same guitar for more money. I ask about it and they say "it's a different guitar", when it's the exact same one. Not only did they not sell me the guitar for the asking price, but they lied about it when posting it for more money. If they were honest or even a little nice about it, it wouldn't be a big deal. I would never shop here again, online or in store. No business should lie to their customers.

This store tries to go out of its way to do the best for its customers. The staff is knowledgeable about products and tries to be honest and open with their customers.

Horrible selection of gear. Old lady is incredibly rude. They have about 3-4 pedals that have been sitting there for probably years now. The window advertises DJ lighting but guess what? No lighting! Seriously, absolutely nothing. Pete is the only one there that knows anything. I'm surprised this place hasn't went under yet. I'm going to Guitar Center!

They are top notch, from purchase to lessons, advice and repair, you cannot go wrong here. This is a family owned business that is tried and true. We enjoy doing business with home grown shops like Instrumental Influence; buying local when we can versus big business chains were the revenue goes outside of the community.

They will let you play anything you want and can talk to you about what it is your touching all day. Good people, all seem to be genuine musicians
