-BEWARE- Sears NO LONGER stands by the products they sell, you buy it you're stuck with it period. I purchased a Kenmore freezer at the Sedalia Sears Hometown Store, and it stopped cooling less then 2 weeks after purchase. I decided to replace the Kenmore with a different brand elsewhere and specifically made sure I returned the nonworking Kenmore freezer within the 30 days of their return policy. One of the STIFFS working for the company cannot count and tried to tell me that it had been 31 days since I purchased the freezer and he could not, and would not return it. Now I have a nonworking freezer and 1200$ in the hole. BOYCOTT this dying company called Sears and force them to close their doors. This is absolutely NOT how you treat customers.
