very bad when i went in i asked for help and the boy went over and took his foot and opened cabinet and said i think they are down there. he was more interested in the phone sales lady than helping me he was rude , i think because i had my work cloths on he thought i did have money would not recommend this store

Went here to check out a cell plan thru Sprint... What the sales associate told us the plan would cost was a fairly good price... what Sprint actually charged was twice as much...When we contacted Sprint, they said they can't be held liable for what the sales associate claimed... Found out later I am not the only person who had this problem and it wasn't just this store... AVOID SPRINT AT ALL COSTS... Radio Shack needs to cut ties with them before they give their business a bad name!
