Traci  she is manger there areknow how it's then problems all I know they don't have any  knowledge of what they doing  ignoring  and very unprofessional try to lies about damage to car I purchased online and it was extra damage when i get it. Send title 6days after pick up  worst customer service. I know  for fact a lot of people doesn't bid in this location because of that

They towed the wrong vehicle from the impound lot 90 minutes away I'm guessing they took that one back picked up mine.After talking with my insurance agent and getting details on the damages I decided to deduct the salvage amount and have it returned to me.At this point I was told it would be delivered Monday  at noon I was told it was on its way now.It never made it The next day8:30 a.m. once again on its way an hour and a half away Made it 3 and a half hours later with more damages than it left with. Now I'll have to deal with my insurance company for a tow company that they have a contract with and hopefully they Drop them 
Oh yeah upon delivery no keys came with it 
Everybody was calling everybody to find my keys 
Never deal with this company unless you have a lot of patience, time,and not that worried about who's hands your property is in !!!!!
