We all dread the car buying experience, but this time I can honestly say mine was a pleasure. The salesmen were down to earth and not aggressive (Brett and Chris I believe). For once, my estimated payment was lower than projected, and they were willing to accommodate all of my requests. The service department also went above and beyond for us! Due to this experience, I will not hesitate to buy again from Premier and would highly recommend this dealership.

Just purchase a 2017 Tacoma and was very happy with service. The truck had no floor mats someone took them. Was told they would be ordered. I do understand China is a long boat ride. But a 2 month wait is starting to rub me the wrong way. I've ask Bret several times. And all I hear is oh yea they're on order.

Both my wife and I own used Toyotas. I bought a 1999 Camry for my daughter in 2008. With the exception of the fact that she got into two wrecks and there is some cosmetic damage, this vehicle has had no major repairs. It has checked out time and again as being mechanically sound when taken in to our family mechanic for tune ups, oil changes, etc. This dealership has treated our family with respect any time we have had to bring in our vehicles to their service department. My wife bought a used Toyota Corolla from a used dealer. She got a notice in the mail from Toyota that her vehicle model year possibly has an airbag issue. I immediately made an appointment with Premier and they corrected the problem. Again, they treated us with respect and professionalism. This dealership has very friendly and personable staff from the receptionist, sales, and the service department. I spoke with Sarah today and she was able to answer some fairly technical questions about an engine light issue- and she was able to get me in fairly timely to get a diagnostic test. Mr. Fischer runs a very reputable business that is a credit to our community. Thank you to everyone at Premier.

We purchased a certified used Toyota Tacoma from Premier Toyota with Dan Smith as our salesperson. I cannot say enough good things about Dan and our experience at Premier Toyota. Dan was available immediate upon our arrival at our scheduled appointment time. The truck we were viewing and ultimately drove home was a beatiful, excellantly equipped, certified used Toyota and were purchased it well below retail price. Dan knowledgeable, professional and personable, making our experience fun and comfortable even through the negotiation and financing process. Highly recommended.

The last new car I purchased was 13 years ago and had a great experience. After test driving a few different vehicles, I made a decision to purchase a Toyota. I wish I could say that my experience with Toyota dealers so far was ok, but far from it. This was my experience with Premier Toyota. I spoke on the phone with both Jessica and Brett regarding the internet advertised price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The advertised price was $21, 980 + fees and tax. It happened to be the last one on their lot. I wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available before I drive 46 miles out to buy it. Jessica called me back and assured me she pulled the keys and will have the vehicle up front for me when I arrive. Upon my arrival, 75 minutes later, Jessica informs me the vehicle sold half an hour before. Wow! No call to let me know the vehicle sold! No consideration for my time or the gas. She said she was too busy to call me! If Jessica pulled the keys, how could the vehicle be sold? I later received an email from Brett explaining that the vehicle had a "pending" deal on it, but the system showed it available. Maybe the manager could explain how that works! Do the salespeople not communicate with each other? Jessica and the manager offered to find me another vehicle but it's out of state. Since they have to bring the vehicle, it would now have over 300 miles, but never mentioned the price would be higher! Half an hour later, Jessica brings out the information sheet with the price and the payments. The price out the door is now over $26K. The payments are not much higher though! Unbelievable! I believe that the vehicle I wanted to purchase was either never there or was already sold when I spoke with them the first time. They wanted to get me there and assumed I would fall for their tactics.
