I have 2 special needs kids and we were referred here for both, the first time we went there with our oldest son we saw a Cindy Kappes I think was her name and she was very rude, she asked us why we were there and thought we needed to see a neurologist? We told her our pediatrician referred us there cause our son had had an MRI and they found he had a Chiari malformation and he was having issues caused by this, she said hmmm, how do you know this and we said cause he had an MRI done and she said well I want to do another MRI cause what your saying is happening can't be happening it isn't possible. So after the appointment we went to OU Children's and they did the MRI again and she calls me back a week after the MRI and says I just want to let you know we found what was causing his issues and he does have a Chiari malformation and basically told us everything we had told her that she told us wasn't right or possibly. We later took our youngest son there after being referred again to see Dr. Norman, she was much nicer and sent us to have an MRI done for our youngest and wanted us to follow back up after that. Well instead of scheduling the MRI at OU Children's like we asked they scheduled it at Baptist Integris and it was a freaking nightmare and the worst experience ever. After all that we schedule an appointment to follow up with Dr. Norman like she had told us, the day we were supose to have that appointment we got there at 1:30 cause we got told the appointment was at 2:00, well when we got there we were the only ones there and got checked in, 35 minutes after being there they called us up to the counter and told us it would be 2:30 before we would be seen cause they show our appointment was for 2:30 even though we were told 2:00 so we said fine and sat in the empty waiting room till about 2:15 when between 2:15 and 2:30 3 other patients that showed up after we had been sitting in an empty waiting room for 45 minutes all 3 got taken back a head of us. So as we continued to wait another lady showed up for her 2:30 appointment to which they told her you missed your appointment your appointment was scheduled for 1:30 to which she replied they told me 2:30 and they then said nope it was at 1:30 so you are gonna have to reschedule. So now we were there having been told the wrong time of our appointment as well and now there is a second person there on the same day with the same problem, kind of makes you wonder what in the hell is going on with the scheduling up there???? Anyways we waited around till 2:50 after being there since 1:30 and according to the front desk lady and the lady that was told the wrong time there was an open spot at 1:30 cause the time mixup, we ended up leaving not being seen after being there almost an hour and an half and when we told the front desk lady we were leaving we don't have time to wait all day she said okay we are busy anyways. At that point I told her don't worry about rescheduling we are going to have our doctor refer us to OU Children's neurologist moving forward, not only was she rude but she never even offered to even attempt to reschedule us her attitude was just like bye we don't need you or care about you, we will not ever be going back or referring anybody to this place at all!!!!!
