The emergency department is the worst. They are rude and dismissive. Ask about how you wife is doing and they tell you they can't tell you due to HIPPA violations. An update on status is not a HIPPA violation. 6 people sitting on their butts and not one will bother to give me an update. Worst emergency department ever. Don't waste your time

Communication is the WORST!!!! They'll ask whomever is in the room with the patient to make medical decisions and couldn't care less about medical power of attorney. They let my grandma go 3 days without food in case she needed surgery, even though we told them from the start we were not going to put her through surgery. Never communicated there was a problem. I gave them my number several times and outlined what our plan of care was, they always lost the information and didn't care. Many staff members were rude and poorly trained. The worst experience I have ever had with a hospital, EVER!

When was there they acted fast ruled out all the other cases that I could of had the doctor that did my spinal tap did a great job and the nurologist was clear and didn't sugar coat anything everything that they thought got told to me and my family. They even went out of their way to get me into the best nurologist office in Utah. Great visit to make getting diagnosed with multiple sclerosis a lot easier.

This hospital dosent treat all people right my sister had a heartattck they kept her for one full day then released her. Now she is bk in the hospital cause she was on verge of having another heartattck and a friend of mine had a kidney transplant from them they gave her a bad kidney and now her health now is grim and all they say is there is nothing we can do but call hospice in she was in good health till they gave her that bad kidney if u don't have top notch insurance they don't give u the best treatment u deserve .

Went in for a 39 week pregnancy check up and wasn't even in their system. Making it to the appointment wasn't easy at all so it was very frustrating. Was sent to 3 different floors/offices and still didn't receive help. Exhausted and frustrated I decided to leave. Not having a baby at a hospital where the staff cares so little.
