The most rudest people ever. If you need to get some coffee and go back home and to to sleep, do so. To be in customer service, you picked the wrong job to have with the attitudes y'all carry. Hanging up on people because you confusing yourself when someone is asking a simple question and talking all under your breath about a person while you are on the phone with them. The irs need to retrain your people or find new ones. I swear. You don't want to work with people, find a new job. That simple

Drove down to make my monthly payment in rush hour traffic. Only to have desk clerk tell me they can't take my money today. What the hell? I had to beg to pay the IRS. Now I sit here and she wouldn't give me a number. I am so sad with the service of this woman. :(

If I had gone off the reviews on the internet I would've driven an hour out of my way to avoid this office, thank goodness I didn't. There was NO line, the people were so nice, and extremely helpful. They even wished me a happy birthday as I left. Make an appointment first and go to this office, you will be very pleasantly surprised.

Poor customer service. I went in for my form 2290 and wasn't aware that I now have to make appointments. Mind u I'm 4 months prego and have my 4 kids with me. The guy at the desk told me to call a number and I might be able to get same day service so because it was hot I told my kids to wait inside while I stepped out to call and the security told me that my kids can't be in there because it's reserved for people with appointments. The freakin office was empty! Hopefully I never have to come in here for anything again.

We should all get togethDr and petition a bill , where all the money they spend on war, secret governments spending and there billion dollar foreign aid policy . Take these billions once every 5yrs and charge the government tax . to the true pillars of this America are great people but what the United united states Of America is housing is great greed , and peoprones=slave humans .
