Make an appointment! It makes a world of a difference! I made an appointment and i was out in and out in 20 minutes. The non appointment line is so long that it exits out the building and wrapped around the outside. a staff member walks outside answering questions, handing out clipboards and documents. All employees i encountered were very nice. Parking can get impacted at times.

The best thing you can do before setting foot here is MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! If not you will be waiting hrs!! The employees have been nice every visit, when you make an appointment!!

Dmv options are minimal so we dont have a choice. But dmv is not calling numbers in order to confuse you even more. Basically they are putting your business out there with your inicial and phone#.

I very disappointed in some of our untied states DVM employees...this has to be the end of the world!!!!!!!
Highly scared of what the government is hiring...extremely RUDE, UNHAPPY, UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY miserable to have to work in such a busy environment...l was sent to the back of the line because of a small error that got corrected in less than 30 seconds...l am an AMERICAN CITIZEN and coming here and being treated like this means humanity is truly on its way to HELL..l will continue to stayed blessed up, hope all you do too....

I like more than Redlands dmv waiting time is a lot shorter when I got my California ID plus there chair than Redlands !
