Office sucked people were nice and helpful, my wait was 10 after my appointment.

I wouldn't say this office is hostile to the people visiting like some of the other reviewers said, but the guy who reviewed my case seriously acted like he didn't know what to do or what he was talking about. Go to another IRS branch even if you have to drive.

Only by appointments. Searched like a criminal. Office old dirty and run down. The walls are covered with dirt. Fast service, pleasant ppl.

Anti customer service. They have a phone number but refuse to answer it. They won't let you talk to an agent or process a simple request without great hardship. They seem to constantly shift work off onto every other conceivable department and person rather than their office. Terrible.

Office opened at 8:30, I arrived at 8:40, was 27th in line.
Waiting area only holds 20 persons, so waited outside, luckily no inclement weather.
Only 2 persons handling inquiries, so completed my business and left at 12:10. Average service time per person was 10 minutes.
Site manager appeared during wait and fully explained the wait for those in the waiting area.
No real complaints regarding service or attitudes, just thought I would explain the anticipated wait for others.
