Turned our school nurse in for a sexual assault and this organization is helping to cover up the crime by attempting to blackmail our family. Was told to be quiet about the event or they would get a court order to remove our children. Mrs. Solesbee should be arrested, along with the school nurse.  They have interrigated my children 23 times over four months and have offered them gifts at school as bribes.  Greenville Police refuse to issue a no contact order and continue to let the school and DSS to commit more crimes to cover up the initial one.  At this time we have yet to be interviewed by anyone.

This place is horrible! They have no concern nor care about you or your children. I’m a mother of 2 that moved from out of state and we have been waiting since November for help. You can never speak to anyone, the hold times are ridiculous, and the staff is rude and unethical! I wish I could rate this place 0 stars!

Got my girl under investigation because I was said to smoke weed my girl don't do any drugs and very motherly to her child. I know I can count at least 10 females I know that smoke and got kids yet they got her under investigation. We do not live together but they still expect for me to come in and take a drug test. We aren't from here and the hardest thing im going to have to do is leave her so she can go back with her family so these people WONT be in her head

The high call volume is outrageous medicated caller it's a waste of time I have waited an 1 hour and 40 minutes until they closed and still no answer what a waste of time they need better service it shouldn't take that long ,SLOW SERVICE DO BETTER

Unable to talk to a human being. I called and talked to one computer after another.  I was trying report abuse of a child.  I left my name and telephone number and never got a call back.  I attempted to contact a case worker and could not .
