I've been doing business with Walter for years and he is the best when it comes to used high-end servers and associated gear. Value, service and quality gear: Walter has it all as well as reasonably priced repair services.   Walter's staff also offer excellent service on those rare occasions when he's away from the shop.

Awesome customer service and the prices are unmatched. Walter and his team have been a joy to work with time and time again. If you are a student looking for a cheap laptop this is your spot. The business is down a long driveway and in a house but do not worry, this is a completely legitimate and full blown business.

At first the place was hard to find as the business sat far behind trees. Upon entering the driveway, it felt like you were walking into a horror film set but once I entered the home, I was greeted with great kindness from the owners. Walter in particular did an amazing job showing the computer and making sure the specifications of the computer matched the ad. PJ also did a great job demonstrating that the PC I selected was fully operational. The prices of the computers they sell are amazing and I highly recommend anyone to shop with them.

Great place to buy refurbished Dell PCs and Laptops. They also have Lenovo's.  Walter is great and tries to make sure everyone leaves satisfied with their purchases. Skilled staff on hand to answer all your questions.

I bought a laptop from ICB.  The laptop ended up being defective and blue screened constantly.  I contacted ICB Walter looking for an exchange as the bill clearly states that there is a 30 day guarantee.  I was basically given the run around for almost two months when Walter stopped responding to my emails and calls.  My advice is to avoid ICB and deal with a company that has some integrity and honors their warranty.  You might get lucky and get a working laptop but if you get a lemon you are on your own.  Simply put, the worst customer experience I have ever had!!!

I bought laptop here and this place so amazing either reception or pricing.  I recommend this place if you're  looking for good product.  Thank you so much Walter G.

Very hard to find from the road. They aren't really set up for walk-in customers so I would recommend calling first.
