Brought my Macbook Pro in because of hard drive cable connection issue. They quoted me around 150 and said they might not be able to get to it until 5 days later. However, they fixed it no more than 24hr later and the total was a little under the quoted price. These guys were very helpful and reassured me my macbook has a good long life ahead of it :)

they have a bit of a back log but they're good and i would say better than most apple stores

Cameron is a ROCK STAR of Mac and its systems. Lost email capability, seemingly for no reason, and for two weeks went to two advertised computer and Mac specialist, with no luck and recommendations of just start a new account. After returning from vacation in FL, went straight to Onyx Consulting...encountered Cameron time I walked in, with a cheery hello and "how can we help you?" After listening to my ranting and sob story, he took the computer and withing in 20 minutes resolved the issue! Good guy, good services, good company!

Cameron has helped me on two different occasions with multiple concerns each time. He and others at Onyx Consulting are consistently professional and incredibly knowledgeable; true subject matter experts on all things IT. I highly recommend Onyx!

They were friendly; didn't catch the guys name who helped me need, but they are informative and helpful. Not trying to take your money just because they want the best for you, your needs, and your pockets.
