Mike was SO HELPFUL!  I can't thank him enough for being so patient with me and hooking me up with my phone and plan. I was supposed to get a survey to fill out and never did so I'm hoping a good review will be the next best thing. I am really dumb when it comes to phones and technology and he explained everything so well and was super patient with me, and when there was an issue with my plan he worked it all out and helped me save money in so many ways. Mike is the best! The girl who was working was also super sweet-  I believe her name was Charity, hope I'm right. Thanks y'all!!

Went in to upgrade my iPhone and the manager there was very helpful and transferred all my information! The store is under NEW management and staff please stop by and see them!!! They were super awesome!

Tried calling the store several times. There are two options, 1 for sales, 2 for support. Both roll straight to voice mail. Have been doing this for a month. Finally gave up, but now continue just out of morbid curiosity that nobody at the store finds it odd that customers never call. A phone store that doesn't answer the phone. That must qualify as irony. I encourage you to try yourself, and leave an appropriate review.

Great experience! I believe the sales guy name was Michael he was incredible! Did everything to Make sure I got my phone & was satisfied with everything.
