Truly a great experience. Great way to get in shape and actually enjoy doing it. If you have a hard time getting to the gym consistently, I seriously suggest checking out IKM Michigan. The only thing you'll regret is not joining earlier.

really good classes , I tried the kids class for my son and my wife and I do the adult classes twice per week. Very thorough training and a full body workout. Our family loves the program.

Great instructor and a great program. From the very first class you will learn practical self-defense techniques. All the students I've meet have been positive and excited to help each other to improve.
