I have been going to MECA for about a year now and I hope to continue going to this gym for many years to come. All of the trainers are attentive and genuinely care about your goals. I have seen them train athletes on college and professional teams, young teen athletes, men and women well over 50 being trained. They cater to every person and their individual goals. 

I went into this gym after injuring my back powerlifting and barely able to pick up a pencil off the ground without pain. Now a year later I am actually stronger than I was as a competitive lifter.  Their programming gave me results and proof that what they do works. 

It is high end personal training so the cost is not cheap but you are paying for their experience and knowledge. It is worth the cost and they are able to help with many different goals. 

I highly recommend this gym!

I started training at MECA after watching the results my teenage son got there. I had knee problems that made it hard to do the things I wanted to do. David said they could "fix" my knees. After working out with Nate for several months, I can honestly say that my knees are significantly better and my ongoing back and neck problems have greatly diminished as well! The trainers are great. You definitely have to put the work in, but they can help you reach your goals!

My son has been training with Tyler at MECA for eight months and it has been a great experience for him. The workouts are very challenging but he enjoys being at the gym and looks forward to going. The workouts are very structured with specific benefits in mind to help develop strength and balance in an intelligent and sustained approach. The results for my son have been very positive for both muscle development as well as confidence and obtaining a sense of accomplishment. The trainers are tough taskmasters, but they are also extremely supportive and encouraging.

I would strongly recommend that if you are serious about improving your strength or overall health through training that you visit MECA and work out there a few times to see what it is like for yourself.

I love this place. Nate was the best trainer I could ask for. Tons of good trainers and they all know what to do. I couldn't ask for a better personal trainer. Boom! America!

MECA is an incredible training facility for athletes and general population clients. The atmosphere is so motivational and the results prove it! Definitely check them out :)
