Was able to switch out the battery for my car key fobs pretty easily and without much cost. Knowledgeable staff.

Took a motorcycle battery in that failed after six months. Girl behind the counter said she would test it and put a charge on it.  She said she would call me in one day. Never heard from her. Went back in a week. She hadn't tested it. Said she wouldn't be able to tell if it was working. So she wouldn't replace it. Horrible, horrible service. I told the manger. He didn't care. I will never go back.
