Was very helpful with ideas for my computer. WiFi keeps cutting off on my computer at home but didn't do it at his shop. Recommended I reset the WiFi router and go from there. I reset the WiFi and my computer works great now. Thanks Computer Guy!

I’ve been going to The Computer Guy for years! Rob can fix anything big or small, and  software and hardware issues. It’s much better than dealing with IT support over the phone or at big retail center. He’s really personable!

Had my PC fixed up in a few hours price was great.

This is the only laptop/PC repair place that I personally trust. Rob is an expert on repairing laptops/PCS. Whether it's a software or hardware repair he can do it all. He has reasonable prices and will have your computer working again either the same day or next day which is perfect if you need it back up and running again fast if you are in college or need your computer for work like I do. I highly reccomend this business to anyone that needs repair services for their Laptop or PC.

Incredible Robert installed windows 10, fans, lights and cleaned it out for only $140!! Even when my computer was picking up everyone's WIFI except for ours Robert was determined to fix it and that he did. He gave us a new WIFI adapter. And I would recommend anyone who has any issues with there computer to go to the computer guy.  So thanks Robert!

I've had nothing but good, honest service from Rob. Since a lot of what I was asking him to do was bringing dead computers back to life, there were occasional glitches, which he was always happy to fix. Much better experience with Rob than I ever have had with the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Very pricey to put a PC together, 75$ in total and on the phone he said he would install windows on it also which he never did. PC came back fine but price was way too high especially since there was no windows. Takes like 30 minutes to put together a PC.

Absolutely the best!! Robert is so knowledgeable and to the point in a clear and understandable manner. Recent WIFI and security issue with my laptop and after spending HOURS on tech boards and trying recommendations to no avail causing lost work time--But JUST 30 MINUTES with Robert and all issues taken care of professionally!! Highly recommend!!

Brought my laptop in to get a power jack repaired, was returned to me with the GPU completely fried was working prior to taking it to him, and the joint for the screen totally jacked up so now I have to hold that down when opening/closing the screen. Filed a complaint with the BBB, waiting for the outcome. $1,600 laptop brought in for a $75 repair, left with a $400+ repair needing to be done. Much like a previously posted review on yelp, he called me over the course of 2 days with more and more problems found. First grommets loose that he needed to glue in, then failing to boot, then fried gpu, then screen not staying attached. Further problems have been occurring since the "repair", left side of the keyboard is failing, lost all control of my fan speed, errors on bootup related to sata not detecting my boot drive, blue screen of death related to processor failing to output to 2nd screen. He's been not responding the the BBB complaint I've filed. Does not deserve to be in business. Do not recommend! Avoid at all costs!  As he responded to the BBB, a whole month past the time he was supposed to, he looked up my previous name, and harassed me in his letter, misgendered me, and lied through his teeth.
