Great customer service! The employees were always there to help and were happy to do so. However there was one issue. There were pants in the bathroom when I first walked in. So it seems like the room service forgot about it or didn’t do her/his cleaning as well. First time ever this has happen to us.

I would give this hotel a 0 if I could! There is absolutely nothing quality about this hotel! When I arrived at 3:30. I was given a room that was not ready. I went and exchanged rooms and this room appeared to be clean but was not. I pulled back the bed sheets after a long day of dance competition only to find hair all in my bed!! Bugs crawling on my towels and no hot water for showers!! I complained at the front desk and of course no rooms are available! I had to get new towels and even change my own HOTEL BEDS!! I will never stay here again! It's not worth the money that I paid for this hotel! The worst and I deserve a partial refund because this is just an Inn not the quality Inn! Ps, I had to sleep with the lights on and kept all my stuff in the suit cases! I hate bugs and this place has them! I can't wait to go home.😠😢😒

This place is disgusting. My girlfriend and I reserved a room here which wasn't ready for hours after our arrival. once we got into the room we noticed the AC doesn't work. And we tried calling the front desk to find out that phone wasn't working. Once I told them that my pregnant girlfriend was in a hot hotel room in 80 degree weather they said we will get to get. An hour later they still did not come by. But once I threatened to call choice hotels that's when they started giving me help. This place sucks !!!

Very clean rooms, good breakfast. Under new managemant and they seem to be making it a very nice hotel. Only complaint is no guest laundry

Very nice clean room, big bed. The people who work there are very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it if you are in town and need a place to stay.
