A year ago we got a quote to have an Invisible Fence installed.  A very nice gentlemen came out to our home, met our dog who is a pit mix, and gave us an estimate to have the system installed.  We didn't go forward with it at that time due to other priorities. A year later, we added a dog to our family (A greyhound/Shepard mix) so I called again today and they informed me that they could sell me the system and work with my greyhound mix but couldn't do any training with my pit mix, even though a little over a year ago they could.  This is also the same dog that we have boarded with Kennelwood before and they happily accepted, who has never had any aggressive tendencies nor any issues in their facilities.  To make a policy based on a breed alone is ignorant.  At least evaluate the dog first and judge her based on her own temperment.  In my 35+ years of caring for dogs, our pit mix happens to be one of the most kind, good tempered dogs I have ever had. I will no longer give my business any Kennelwood company.

The actual fence and installation is fantastic. The service that follows is unacceptable. My fence went out 7 days ago and when I called for an appointment I was told it would take a week and half before they could come out. So what do you do w/ your dog while you wait for a week and half for service. I'm ok to pay the high price for the fence but the customer service should be great as well. bad experience.

We used Invisible Fences GPS system for our home which is on 19 acres.  The trainer was amazing and took the time to make sure our dogs were trained properly and not scared to go in the yard.  We have had the fence for about a month and it is amazing.  I no longer have to worry about the dogs taking off or going across the street and getting hit by a car.  Thank you Invisible Fence!

I wouldn't know how the Invisible Fence would have worked for our puppy as we were turned away due to her being a pitbull mix though she's never been aggressive towards anyone.

Basing their decision on the breed alone and not the animal itself not only cost them our business as well as our friends and families business.
