I really like how clean the store is and their selection of items. I absolutely love the dog trainer Barb. She has taught us so much. However,  I'm not a huge fan of one of the dog groomers. But there is a guy that is so sweet and patient with her.

I get my dog groomed here all the time. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Recommend to anyone looking for a dog grooming place at  a reasonable price and just shopping for your pet!

It is convenient to work  so I go , but I prefer more baked on the premises treats rather than processed for my greyhound.

I bought the newer version of flexi retractable  leash (flexi: do not buy this brand retractable leash at Petco. Flexi one(they used to carry) was a good one but they carry only the newer version which is really really  bad)and one month later, it didn't retract well, the leash  was twisted and the leash was hanging outside of handle(about 3 inches).I thought it was no big deal. I had to straighten the leash and I kept on using. Soon it became so bad, half of the leash didn't' work. I went to Petco and asked if they could exchange the  one which worked( possibly other brand) The staff said that 30 days  or 60 days whatever their dead line for exchange was over, I had to buy a new one . I should  have  come to Petco when this leash had 2 or 3 inch didn't work. If you buy something there, and  find it doesn't work. Do NOT wait too long, they will NEVER exchange or RETURN (even though their product is  DEFECTED one).
