Great pet services.   A comfort to have a place to leave your pet when traveling.   A little pricey, but OK.

We have used them for training (Kevin is great), grooming, day camp, and boarding. We have been happy with all services.

I left my cat for about a ten day visit at the Page & Lindbergh location. My cat has already stayed there a couple years ago and since I had a great experience with them then, I decided to leave him there for a second time. Big mistake. After ten days, I arrived to pick up my cat. When I saw him, I couldn't believe what I saw. My cat lost SO much weight and looked malnutritioned. He felt as light as a feather. I just don't get it. I mean if you work there, how can you not notice when one of the cats is drastically losing weight? It was unbelievable. My cat is back to normal now after I put him on a diet to gain weight, but this place has really changed, unfortunately for the worst. Seems like the dogs get more attention around here, and the employees are either oblivious or just don't care. I wouldn't recommend this place for cats.

My pup has food allergies so when I boarded him for 5 days recently I provided his food and treats. When I picked him up, I noticed he had a horrible rash on his stomach which NO ONE, not even the groomer, pointed out to me. I am certain that they did not give him the food I provided and that is what caused him to develop a rash.  After a few days on his regular food, the rash cleared. Their response? "We will check in to it. It says in the computer to feed him the food you brought. I'm not sure what happened."  I will never board, groom or train my pups there ever again.
