Invitation Homes allowed me to rent a home with my cat, dog and son. I am greatly relieved to not have had to go to an apartment. I love having a garage and yard. This is a lovely home and well cared for. My experience has been very positive.

Invitation Homes is a great place to rent from. Asya, my real estate agent, was very helpful and courteous. My property manager Angie is SO responsible and helpful. She always follows up with me very quickly in regards to any questions or concerns I may have. The maintenance worker Jerry is fantastic! The maintenance line is so professional and they even touch base with you after the work order is complete to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I have NO quarrels with Invitation Homes. I have been renting from them for about 6 months, now.

From the moment I contacted Invitation Homes, I've been impressed with the level of service received.  Everything has gone exactly as expected and the home we moved into was in excellent condition, the few items that needed attention were taken care of immediately.  Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and helpful.

To be honest since we moved into our home almost 3 years ago I’ve never had a great experience. The company sold  twice so I’ve gotten the ‘pleasure’ of dealing with Colony American homes, Waypoint Homes and now innovation homes. During the past week I’ve had the most pleasant experience with Angela in the Orlando office. She was wonderful in helping with the issue we had with an appliance. I was extremely satisfied with the quick response and that she went above and beyond my expectations in purchasing the right appliance for our home. I hope this will be my norm dealing with this company as she truly was great! Would have been 5 stars except past for experiences. Thank you so much Angela!!

I am one of those people who takes the time to actually read reviews before I venture into certain things.  I certainly avoid posting negative comments about anyone.  I would much rather not say anything and deal with it directly with the companies.  This time though, I had ENOUGH of this company.  They lie all the time and they are no fans of fixing things the right way.  They would rather patch things up, have the tenants take time off from work to meet with their cheap contractors and then only to have tell you 2-3 days later that they are going for a second opinion which means you taking time off again.  The shower in the main bathroom has been broken for 4 days now and instead of sending someone over to fix it they are sending a new contractor for a second opinion.  This is no way to do business and satisfy your customers.  Your rents are not cheap therefore the customer service should not be bargained with either.  Get your acts together people and stop pissing people off.  I unfortunately agree with the majority of the comments here but you guys really suck and you need more than a few people to tell you that.  Now I see some people have been satisfied well good luck to you in the future.  I'm still waiting for my shining moment with these people. If I had the opportunity to give half of a star that's what I would have done.
