Food it good, service is well. Desserts not so much. It's obvious it was frozen before served.

Not a good first impression. We went there last night for the first time with two very hungry seven-year-old boys and ordered something very simple, one medium pepperoni pizza. After 30 minutes of waiting we asked the waiter if our order was underway and he said he check. That was the last time I saw him. After waiting 10 more minutes we got up and left with two still hungry and cranky kids. Worst service I've ever had in any restaurant. How hard is it to make one medium size pepperoni pizza?

I went to Iolis' last night for pizza. After waiting for a few minutes a waitress can over and brought me some water and a menu. That was the last time she came to my table for the next 25 minutes before I finally got up and left. She repeatedly went to the table next to me and laughed and joked with the guys at that table. Whenever I would try to get her attention she would go to another table and avoid my table. The food may be great, but good luck getting any.
