I'm not quite sure why this has such bad reviews.. Who knows. Maybe I got lucky today. Anyway, that's the quickest I've ever been in and out when updating my driver's license. I was expecting the dreaded 30 minute wait or worse. On the contrary, the employee I spoke to there was polite and quick to get my information. 15 minutes was all it took to park, get a number, get my information and picture taken and walk back out. Maybe not 5 star worthy but better than the one star reviews I've seen.

Went there to see the treasurer within operating hours (4:35pm) and there was a sticky note on the check in kiosks saying the treasurer left at 4:15 so I couldn't accomplish why I went there. Wish I'd known that and saved myself a long trip. Frustrating.

The phone is never available! How am I suppose to call and ask a question when no one ever answers the phone. Terrible!

I have been to this location quite a few times. Transferring my license, registering vehicles as well as taking endorsement tests. I have never waited more than an hour and that was on a busy day. While it is true some of the ladies may get frustrated at times, I can see why they do. People ignore the number system and run up to  a window where they screw up the works. My favorite is the lady at window 11 where you take your tests. 
The one that will make your day go south is the "supervisor".

Every time I have been to the crossroads mall location the people working have been very rude, and it's common to see them sitting around not doing anything as 20 or more people are waiting to get helped. Expect to wait an hour or long for something as simple as renewing your license or changing your address. I try to do everything online so I can avoid going there
