I am currently without a car. I've never taken buses before. I ended up having to work in Cedar Falls one night, and I waited for a bus at the proper time. And it just passed by me without even stopping. I was on the wrong side of the road, but they were bus benches on both sides. I had taken the bus once before, and they waited for me even though I was on the wrong side of the road. You better know exactly where that bus is going to be otherwise they will just drive by and not pick you up. Now I have to spend $20 on a cab

Give better information to go on some people got appointments to keep and rely on the bus it hard to keep appointments with shity information about if you guys are open or what time your open so give better information i would of give 3 but I give one for shity Public Service fix the correct the shity information problem maybe I wouldn't cause such a issue about it already complains of the city and if nothing gets done about it just going to keep complaining up the ladder tell something it's a done about your shity public service
