Was a little pricey, did a mid muffler delete. They charged 170$ (Takes about 30 minutes, 20 if you're a pro so that's pretty high labor cost, other places charge 80-180$). I added tips to end of exhaust, third choice of muffler tip was the only one they had 2 of. Tips were 2x the online price, total bill was 300$. I drove for 10 minutes and had to go back because of rattle in rear. They didn't tighten a hanger enough but welds were solid. The owner seems somewhat knowledgeable but wasn't involved in the work. I would probably refer people here because you can hear muffler before install but I was told that wasn't available on the day I went ( I was considering another setup) and they are polite and have good service. Soooo 3.5 *

The best service I ever had! Pure and simple! I had a problem with the brake booster on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They charged me half what the dealer was asking for. If you are looking for HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY at a CHEAP cost, this is the place to go. The service is simply outstanding. It was a quick turn around with constant updates on the status of the repair. The owner went out of his way to personally drop me off at work and bring the vehicle back to my work place after fixing it.They won me for life. Don't waste your time and money with the Jeep dealership. NOT worth it.

The perfect mix of 'just big enough to have options' and 'just small enough to be customer focused.'  These guys know what they're doing, and they work fast.  They'll work to make sure you find the sound you're looking for (in the case of exhausts) and they might surprise you with their pricing.

One bit of advise I would give is, when listening to muffler options, don't forget about how loud that thing will be from INSIDE the car/truck!

Just had some exhaust work done and my experience was great. They are very professional and respectful. They weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I was given a few options on how to fix the problem and we agreed on the right fix for me and my budget. Would strongly recommend this shop.
