I can’t say enough about the excellent service we have had at stuffy-Clive from Sean and his staff. Our initial experience was with one of our car’s air conditioning. The dealer told us it would be at least $2000 to fix. Teddy fixed it for $250 saving us so much money. Since then we have taken our other cars there for a variety of reasons. We have always had excellent service and very fair pricing. We are so happy we found Tuffy. We will no longer go anywhere else!

My Husband and I were doing are daily run around,  when we started to feel a horrible vibration coming from our car.  We stopped at the nearest auto place and it happened to be Tuffy's. Once I explained my concern they took it very serious and took my car in to see what the problem was.  After all said  and done it turned out to be a small matter but the professionalism was at their best and I would recommend them to friends and family.

After hitting a patch of black ice and landing on a median (taking out a sign in the process) I braced  myself for the worst. When arriving at Tuffy we were promptly greeted and told our car would be inspected that day. The owner graciously drove us back to our other car even though his is not typical protocol.  When we picked up the car, we were charged for the cost of repairing a tire. There were no high pressure sales tactics or charges for unnecessary work. The owner and his front desk employee helped to make an unpleasant experience much more bearable. We plan to continue doing business with Tuffy.

I'm highly disappointed in the service I received on September 8, 2017. I came to the Clive Tuffy Service Center on the 1st to get my oil changed with a coupon packet that I had purchased for about $45. The first oil change was to be "free". I paid $35 more for premium oil. Fine. Service was friendly and good though. So, then I scheduled my alignment to be done on the 8th. I get to my appointment and they tell me the alignment is fine (it's been pulling to the right for awhile now, but they blamed the tire pressure-which was within range and equal in the front), but come look at this he says...SUDDENLY, my water pump is leaking antifreeze and pretty rapidly too! I had been running errands all day and had just stopped at home for a few minutes, as well. At none of these stops was there antifreeze under my car. And I could clearly smell it now, not before. Then he tells me it'll be $579 to fix it. My car was COMPLETELY fine, except the alignment when I got there. And they didn't fix that either. I called my regular mechanic to get a quote on the water pump~$250!! And because I had the nerve to question how this happened, he pulled my car out and refused to fix anything! Seriously?!! Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know anything about cars, and I'm VERY aware of any noises, smells or fluids that would show up under my car BEFORE I took it  to the Clive Tuffy Service Center. There weren't any! So I guess the rest of the coupons go to waste because I will not take my business back to someone who tries to scam me!! In addition to all of this, my mechanic told me I was a quart low on the premium oil I paid for just a week ago!! Charge me extra and then short me the proper amount of oil!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
