I always love coming here. It’s clean and a really laid back environment. They validate your parking in the garage next door. The staff here is so nice and professional. Drinks and food are amazing.

The customer service was awful. Accommodating large crowds efficiently and effectively is something that needs work for this establishment. The server that brought out the popcorn was not very friendly. The orders were not filled correctly. Another server got rude with me after bringing me someone else’s bill. I tried explaining that the mix up for the bill might be linked to the fact that earlier another server tried to deliver an order that was for someone else to me. The response I was given was “how will you be paying for this, cash or credit!” I went on to inform the server after it was looked over, that the bill I had been given belonged to the person next to me and the server just walked off and made a rude remark. After the movie was over, I went to see a manager concerning the entire ordeal and many of the servers already seemed to know something was wrong and someone was in trouble. As I asked for the manager, the rude popcorn server tried to make amends to prevent being reported. I will say the manager was very apologetic for the incident and fixed the billing issue as best she could. However, for the amount of money spent for premium sitting the customer service ruined my overall experience. I definitely will not be returning.

Beautiful place. Great staff even though it took awhile for our drinks. Food was good but pricy. Highly recommend for date night. Nice big screen, reclining chair, blanket, pillow, alcohol and service catered to you... what more could you ask for.

Beautiful setting! Worth the price of the ticket to indulge yourself in the sofa type seats. (Blankets and pillows provided!). You can order from the menu and the food is brought to you. Do not buy the lower priced tickets as they are too close to the screen!

I went to iPic for the first time yesterday to see Star Wars. Though I enjoyed the movie, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. First there is an a joining restaurant connected to the theater, we went there first for a drink just for the waitress to disappear for 10 - 15 minutes any time we weren't ready. We only were able to get one drink and it took us 20 minutes to get the check in the end. Though the service was horrible in the restaurant I was able to get to the theater right at 7:30 (30 minutes before the movie was scheduled to start) Though my boyfriend and I were the first in the theater, we were the last to get our orders taken and receive our food. It wasn't until when the movie actually started did someone finally stop by to take our order. I wouldn't be so disappointed if they waiter didn't walk past our seats several times without acknowledging that we were there waiting and that he would be with us shortly. The waiters would disappear, I am assuming to charge people's cards but every time he would come back, there would be new people who just sat down and he would take their order, though he knew we were there waiting. All in the all, the experience was good. but I would not recommend going if you are looking for dinner and a movie, the service is horrible, the food is over price and it isn't even worth it.
