I understand that disabled people need work... just like anyone else, but do they have to work the register? By the time i figured out the guy taking my order was deaf, i was already extremely frustrated with continuously repeating my order (#awkward!). It didnt help that his supervisor tried to play the hero by sternly asking "IS THERE A PROBLEM HERE!?". Yes, there is definitely a problem when you cannot communicate with the person who is asking for your hard earned $$$! On a positive note... it is 1 of the nicer cinemas in the area!

Arclight Bethesda is my favorite movie theater! Arclight has the feel of an upscale hotel. Arclight is physically attractive, with a sparkling array of amenities--from the lobby to the hallway between theaters to the theaters themselves to the restrooms. Theater seats are extra comfy and generously sized, with breathable upholstery. All seats are equipped with the ever important cup holders, too. Screen and audio quality are perfect. Love the movie poster wall that's a prominate feature when you first walk into the lobby. The lobby features a full service bar, with appetizers, including ahi tuna. There's a traditional counter that sells the usual movie goodies, like popcorn. Arclight's popcorn is a standout. Arclight uses real butter that can be added between layers to ensures an even distribution. So the butter doesn't get eaten off of the top of the popcorn, leaving a movie-goer stuck with a container full of dry popcorn for the duration of the movie. The best part is that all of the on-site goodies can accompany you into the theaters! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Ticket prices are similar to most other movie theaters. One caveat: although the ticket prices are very reasonable, considering the amenities, beer and wine prices could be a bit lower. There's even a small gift shop in the lobby. Tickets can be purchased on-site, at self-serve kiosks or on-line. Another plus: Arclight Bethesds is spic and span! Arclight Bethesda surpasses most movie theaters, providing a great movie experience at a reasonable price.

Theater was decent. I noticed that the audio was a little scratchy (I think one of the speakers was blown or had a loose wire) however it was just barely noticeable. The concession stand was remarkably efficient which is a huge plus. I would reccomed it to others in it's direct vicinity.
