I recently applied for a mortgage with State Farm Bank through my agent, Iris Lopez.  She provided information on rates, process and took application for me.  The application then went to the mortgage processing department; however, Iris stayed informed and in contact with me and the bank. She made sure they had what they needed and got status updates so things wouldn’t fall through the cracks.  All in all, it was a wonderful experience and i appreciate her extra effort very much.

Excellent service!  From the moment I walked in to this office, I felt very welcomed by friendly employees. The service they provided was beyond my expectations.  They also gave me a very good rate on my auto insurance. The rep I met with took the time to help me better understand coverages which is very important to me.  Any time I have had an question, they take the time to explain everything.  I highly recommend this State Farm office to anyone who want a reputable insurance agent.

very helpful and professional   Mily tejada  was great at providing service and friendly professional attitude really look forward to be with state farm  as our insurance provider  she was fantastic 10 star service thank you !

Both myself and a friend I recommended to this agency, have had very poor customer service. I have called the agency 2 times in the past year for questions or policy changes, and they failed to call back in both circumstances. I would recommend another local agency as a result.
