well I agree with the previous review. They never answer the phone and never call back!!! I have called a total of 6 times trying to get a quote and the person never answer or return call. How do you do business like this. I will move on to the next company.

I see there's a track record for this company based on previous reviews.  My homeowners insurance was actually CANCELLED because my mortgage company attempted EIGHT times to contact "Nicole" or "Fausto" to send payment and no one answered or returned the call. I also had FEMA contacting them to verify insurance for a repair loan and no one answered.  The worst!!!!!

Truly amazing service!

I was very impressed service rendered by Alejandro Contreras,  he defiantly went the extra mile and was very knowledgeable. He was able to proved me with the coverage I needed at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Brown & Brown.

Agents don't want to do work for their customers. There were accidents on my account that should not have been there. When I expressed this to Brown and Brown they offered no help whatsoever. They told me I had to do all the research and work myself to get these accidents off. Remember, this is an Auto Insurance Agent. Agent defined by the dictionary is someone who acts on behalf of another. After all, that's what I use an agent for: to represent me in issues I have regarding my auto insurance. So after 3 months of arguing with former insurance companies, Lexis Nexis, and others I finally got these accidents taken off my report. Lexis Nexis told me it would take 30 to 60 days to come off my report. I asked Brown and Brown to run my report in the next couple of weeks to see if the accidents had fallen off, then give me a quote on what my new insurance would be. Instead of doing this and running a report that takes 10 minutes, they told me I needed to call Lexis Nexis (avg wait time 1 hour to speak to someone) and once they had given my confirmation that the accidents had come off, they would run my report. Really? It just reiterated the fact that they don't want to do actual work over there and if it doesn't involve getting a new policy or a new client (because that it what makes them money), then they don't want to do it. Not what an insurance agent should be an not what I was paying for. Great job getting you on board and taking payments, terrible service everywhere after that. Beware.
