Iron Fist Fitness is dedicated to those looking for a more personal one-on-one training experience that also offers group fitness classes. Our programs include Kickboxing, MMA Conditioning, HIIT, KickFit, Core strength & more. Head instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer Shannon Vick will design a workout program that is complimentary to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Iron Fist Fitness rocks! Shannon Vick is the real deal and they keep the facilities in immaculate condition! Highly recommend.

Went to IronFist Fitness once a week for a 30-min personal training over the course of an 8 week session with the Owner Shannon Vick. The workouts were custom tailored to my fitness goals and the facility was more than accommodating. Shannon is a phenomenal teacher and trainer, he makes the workouts fun and is encouraging every step of the way. I encourage gym goers of any experience level to stop by and take a tour and get some training time in with Shannon, you will be thrilled with your results just as I was. In the 1st month I dropped 13lbs and 4in off my waist. Get in, get to work, and get results all with Shannon's help.

Iron Fist is a meticulously clean gym with such quality equipment! Shannon takes great pride in not only his gym's set up and cleanliness, but in the art of sculpting his client's bodies into what they desire.

He's fun, super talented, full of knowledge of fitness and wellness and also great to have conversations with while you work out! Love this place!!

Took a self defense class here. Amazing class that I recommend to every woman. Definitely felt that this gym has a great sense of community and support among trainers and trainees. Overall friendly and fun atmosphere!
