Very nice friendly people good place to camp

For the motorcycle rally this campsite is positioned well in the middle of all the action without being in the action. I choose it for that reason, to actually get some sleep. It is fairly secure, has a bathhouse and a bar but no groceries. I think there are a few vendors during the Rally as well. It is however, very exposed to the elements. In the future I would look for something with more topography or trees.

They have everything you need, and are very nice.

The campground was nice. It had clean bathrooms and showers... HOWEVER, that's because after the pump truck came multiple times a day, the water would flood out the campsites. It smelled like raw sewage and there was no way to get the bikes or vehicles around it. Not to mention how all of our camp was soaking in it until we realized what was going on. There were other sites open across the lot, next to the concert/food hall. I would have given this place 5 stars except that sleeping in sewage is kind of a big negative. It is true that you sit in an hour of traffic just to get into town, but that is not the fault of the campsite, just something to keep in mind. Summary: Pick the right site (closer to the food/concert hall) and you'll probably have a good time, but it does fill up, otherwise, be prepared to sleep in waste water.

This was a great site. I have never been to the Sturgis Rally and this site was close to town and comfortable place to stay. Bathrooms and showers were clean and staff was helpful when i had questions about the area. They have a pavilion there that was a good spot for a bite to eat and bands at night. I read another review that said they had sewage issues, that must have been after i left. I would come back again.
