Absolutely steaming pissed about my experience here today. I pulled through the full service line as I do every couple of weeks. There were two kids pre rinsing the cars and I rolled my window down to ask the kid if they could run their scrub brush over my wheels, like I ask every time I come here, he said yes just like they say every time I come here. So he walks over to tell the other kid, Dylan, to run the brush over my wheels and Dylan looks at him and says f#*k that guy. I had my window down still and I guess he didn't realize I not only heard him but was starring directly at them and read and heard those words come out of his mouth. So he lightly sprayed my passenger side without touching the wheels. I would have stopped my truck in the middle of it all but there was a huge line behind me. So I kept the line moving and pulled around when I was through the wash. I confronted Dylan and to no surprise he denied he said that. He did although admit that he didn't run the brush over my wheels when I told him I was watching. His explanation was that he just didnt. Typical of kids these days when their unsupervised. As the manager and owner where not there at the time. I will be seeking them out Monday though. You would think as busy as this car wash is on a nice Saturday that there would be an adult there. I've been coming here for years without any issues. Today, Dylan just changed my mind about this car wash and I won't ever return. I've lived in mustang for two decades and have no problem stopping at the other place in town now that might actually have civilized employees.

Prices were crazy... but my car was pretty. The young man wiping my car was super sweet and professional.

The last 2 times I have had my car washed it has looked dirtier when I left.   Will definitely not be returning.

None of thier vaccumes seem to even work to clean the car out. I paid to wash my car on my own pulled into the bay and none of it worked, to which I had to pull in and pay to go through the process of having the machines clean my car. Seems really ran down.

They spend the time to make sure your car is clean. People seem to like their job,  this says allot about a company these days.
