The thoroughness of the presoak is very dependent on who is manning the house, but the automated portion is very consistent. The brush pressure might be a little high, because I've started to notice some subtle surface scratches, but that is likely due to the poor presoak and heavier dirt left in my car before going through the last round. Try to go when they aren't busy.

Sometimes you get a good carwash sometimes you don't....depends on the pre-treatment guys before your vehicle gets pushed in to be washed. 
It would be great customer service, if someone would come out to ask how your car wash was or went, while you were vacuuming.

day guarantee or not, the employees just half assed pre sprayed the car and tires, car didn't get clean after wash. Not worth the money.
