Service delivery is extremely poor... rude nd hash words. I rather advice ppl to go to another office better than this .

10 minutes after opening they took the ticket machine away and put up a sign that said they wouldn't be giving anymore tickets out. Only one person is working, as usual. That one person is taking their sweet time, as usual. I suggest they hire more people because this is an ungodly experience any time I have to come here. I'd rate 0 stars if I could.

Don't bother calling any of the provided phone numbers. You won't get a person , it will go straight to voice machine.

Waited over an hour no answer!

Sat for TWO HOURS with virtually NO movement waiting to see one of only TWO employees working. Would rate a ZERO if that was offered as an option. Sixteen people ahead of us. One woman whose number was next was veritably giddy at the prospect of actually receiving some help. She was kept waiting another TWENTY MINUTES before she was FINALLY granted admittance to one of the two functioning offices. The dreary mood was made bearable only by the security person there who whispered furtively, "Go to St Paul." When it became abundantly clear that we would likely die of old age before actually seeing someone, we dropped our ticket (number 855) into the garbage can and left, to no one's chagrin. An absolute waste of time. Seems odd to me that the IRS can CASH a check at warp speed, but when it comes to actually HELPING those of us who actually pay the freight, this is what you get in return. I would invite Lois Lerner or any of the other IRS parasites to see just how long THEY'D sit there waiting to be seen.
