My Mom got sick and I was told she may only have a few days. I made flight reservations for the next evening and an appointment for the passport agency the next morning. I can not say enough how wonderful everyone there was. I received my passport at 2pm and was able to make my flight. Thank you so much!

People can be very rude. I waited 2 hour when there was like only 3 customers in the building. Maybe it was because the agents and customers, wouldn't stop yakking, and do their job. When I FINALLY got to the window, dumbass lady claims my picture is too "shiny" despite there being only one tiny ray of light in it on the top left corner. I'm going to dread coming back to get it renewed.

Horrible service! People of color are treated differently -- as some reviewers mentioned. If you are Hmong, Somali, Latino, please take your business else where! First of all, you don't need to go to this location UNLESS you are planning on traveling international in about 2 weeks or less and/or have your plane tickets on hand! Hence, why this location is for expedited passports only -- for $60 more. Second, the security there will treat you like a suspect, they will ask you what's your business there and if you have an appointment. Next, after being searched through the metal detectors, you will walk up to a table with about 5 people who will first ask you if you have an appointment and then raise their voice while asking you questions like: when you will be traveling and where to, and if you can proof that (a plane ticket will be needed as a proof or emergency event like death in immediate family member, etc), they will not take your word for it. They have no respect for you or your privacy, they will talk to you like a child. I hope this helps.

With a very grateful heart, I want to acknowledge the amazing staff who helped make my trip overseas possible. I was a panicked and nervous that my passport wouldn't be renewed on such short notice, but they were able to work a miracle! I didn't get the name of the first employee who helped me finish my paper work, but he was very kind. The employee at the next window, Dave, helped finish the process. Both he and the other employee were incredibly professional, compassionate and understanding. Thank you for going the extra mile to help me. People like you make this world a better place!

Excellent customer service. Brad did a great job processing my documents to expedite my passport. My only concern was that I had the necessary paperwork showing that I needed a visa for a flight within 26 days. I was unable to get my passport the same day, but was told that I will have it in the mail within a couple of days. Not bad, but was hoping for a same day passport. I truly appreciate how much the agent tried to help through out the process even though it wasn't exactly what I wanted.
